Y.S.I
As part of my community challenge in my gaisce medal I participated in “Young Social Innovators”. This was my favourite of the gaisce challenges as I found it very fun and got so much out of it. Ms. Ní fheannadh and Ms. Buckley did a great job in organising our group to bring a project together. We worked really hard to make dignity bags for the members of “Tiglin” but also had fun at the same time.
We went carol singing in St. Stephen’s Green to raise money for St. Vincent de Paul around Christmas time. It was really fun and fulfilling.
We are still in touch with the people at ‘Tiglin’ and are very interested to see how are dignity bags made a difference.
